This is why...

Cabin Fever has fully set in. As I type this next to the cheerful flame of my pellet stove, I'm reminded that although comfortable, this is not where I want to be. I know that by now, we're all itching for warmer days and breezes.

In a way, winter is good because it forces us to stop and perform that essential boat maintenance. It also forces me to stop and take care of the various administrivia required by being a board member of two sailing clubs.

The first CHESSS bi-annual member meeting for 2016 will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 10:00 am at the Gibson Island Boatworks shed:
